What counties do you cover?
We are launching with coverage in select Massachusetts municipalities and expanding rapidly. Enter any address to check if your area is supported. We add new jurisdictions regularly.
How accurate are the reports?
Reports are based on publicly available municipal permit records and tax assessor data. We surface discrepancies between official records and listing information. We recommend using our reports alongside a professional home inspection.
How long does a report take?
Most reports are generated in under 60 seconds. Complex properties with extensive permit histories may take slightly longer.
Can I get a refund if the report finds nothing?
A clean report is good news. It means the property records are consistent. We do not offer refunds for clean reports, but we do offer refunds if we are unable to generate a report for your address.
What does the 14-day free trial include for professional plans?
Full access to every feature in your plan tier, including all report types and data exports. No credit card required to start. If you decide not to continue, your data exports remain yours.
Can I integrate PermitPulse into my existing software?

Do you offer volume pricing beyond the listed plans?
